I saw on Facebook, the recipe for Cauliflower Stir Fried Rice (which is super tasty). But now that I am no gluten, no dairy, (and limiting my rice and what not). I have just started using cauliflower rice in order to get in my 6 cups of veggies a day.
- A food processor or a ninja (I use my smaller one)
- A head of cauliflower
- Chop the leaves off of the cauliflower head.
- Blend the florets of cauliflower together into rice like pieces.
- Add to whatever recipe you like for rice (does not need to cook nearly as long as normal rice.
