So I am only over a week into the Wahl’s Protocol… I have had less lows, hardly any high blood sugars. And I have had NO caffeine withdrawls and don’t really even crave it anymore. I have a lot more energy and get a lot more done. Today was the hardest day so far though…

My day was busier and I need to go grocery shopping so I had less snacks to eat throughout the day. However, most days in the past I have had very little carbs… mainly just fruits, veggies, salads, and some protein. I love this protocol… but I am running out of money and time to go grocery shopping for all of this produce all of the time. I definitely need to make a Costco run to grab bulk amounts of an extra of variety of produce other than what comes in my CSA box. Plus, today I hurt my mouth and it has become harder to eat – I think that might be why I went low today. I am still excited but I did not realize how much work went into meal prepping and eating only produce and meat (for the most part). Also, I love boiled beets in my smoothies apparently! BF… not so much.
