Zucchini Noodles & Backstrap Elk Steak
Tonight we had zucchini pasta (first time was meh… I’ll improve with practice) and some grilled Backstrap elk steak (good job BF). It was delicious even if the noodles were a tiny bit off. I stole the noodles off of a website so I can’t claim any originality to how I cooked them, except I made some additions, as I wanted to get some more veggies in the mix.
This is where I got the recipe for the noodles! However I did not do the avocado cream sauce… I browned mushrooms, leeks, and garlic in the grease before I added the noodles to be cooked. I only added a pinch of garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika for seasoning.
